- Delivery time may vary depending on stock levels, delivery method & location. This can range from 48 Hours to 28 Working Days depending on the stock levels and delivery schedules, although most of our orders are delivered within 14 days. - CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS Custom made orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. If you decide to cancel your order before delivery, you will forfeit 30% of your payment. We will not take custom made goods of merchantable quality back, once they have been delivered. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Finally put the bed up after decorating my room.gutted to find two plastic connectors were broken so can’t put a slat on the bed.I’ve emailed the company and hope they send replacements.hence 4 stars.the bed is beautiful though.update:company very helpful.emailed me to send new slat connectors out and we’re polite.thankyou!
