At Luxury Life Furniture, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and professional delivery experience. Please review the information below to understand how our delivery process works.

Delivery Lead Times

• Flatpack Items & Storage Drawers: Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days from the order date.
• Armchairs & Sofas: Estimated delivery within 7–14 working days from the order date.

Delivery Conditions

• Free delivery applies to UK mainland, ground-floor level only.
• If assistance beyond ground-floor delivery is required, the driver may be able to offer help for an additional fee, arranged directly at the time of delivery or via phone call directly from the couriers Customer Services.
• Once your order has been dispatched, delivery dates and times are managed by the courier. In rare cases, external factors may affect schedules.
• In cases of delayed, lost, or undelivered parcels, items must be received back at our warehouse before refunds or replacements can be processed.

Regional Surcharges

Free delivery does not apply to the following locations due to additional courier charges:

• Scotland
• Northern Ireland
• Dublin & Southern Ireland
• Isle of Man
• Isle of Wight
• Isle of Sicily
• Channel Islands

Surcharges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Reporting Delivery Issues

Please follow the timeframes below to ensure we can resolve any concerns quickly:

• Non-delivery: Notify us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
• Damaged goods: Report within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damage.
• Order discrepancies: Report within 24 hours, clearly explaining the issue.
